Als Assistant Shop Manager ben jij de rechterhand van de Shop Manager. Denk: Batman en Robin. Jullie zorgen er samen voor dat de winkel draait als een goed geoliede machine.
- Targets? Jij hebt ze altijd haarscherp in het vizier.
- Uurroosters? Jij puzzelt ze zo in elkaar dat ze perfect passen bij de klantenstroom en de goederenflow.
- Klanten? Bij ZEB krijgen die voorrang van rechts — jij staat altijd klaar met advies, een luisterend oor en oplossingen.
- En no worries, Robin. Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je krijgt een volledig team om te coachen, motiveren en begeleiden. Mensen laten groeien? Helemaal jouw ding.

- Retail is voor jou geen onbekend terrein. Je weet hoe een winkel werkt en je weet hoe je er een runt.
