Als Customer Service Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
- Je beheert het volledige orderproces: van het registreren van bestellingen en afhaalopdrachten in Navision tot het nauw afstemmen met productie en transport.
- Je vormt de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten en het bedrijf, waarbij klantgerichtheid, duidelijke communicatie en efficiënt probleemoplossend denken centraal staan.
- Daarnaast bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan je collega’s van customer service, logistiek en productie.

- Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterke talenkennis: Frans, Duits en Engels vormen geen uitdaging voor jou.
- Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving en krijgt energie van organiseren, coördineren en oplossen.
- Je bent een positieve, constructieve teamplayer met een open mindset en de drive om mee te groeien met het bedrijf.
