Wat ga je doen?
Als junior Process Engineer draag je bij aan de verduurzaming en optimalisatie van de productieprocessen. Je vormt de brug tussen techniek en productie en ondersteunt het team bij uiteenlopende projecten. Je werkt samen met senior collega’s en krijgt ruimte om te groeien binnen je functie.
Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:
- Ondersteunen bij projecten rond lucht- en waterbeheer, energieverbruik en automatisatie
- Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen aan de composteerinstallatie
- Opvolging van infrastructuur zoals gebouwen, biofilter en windmolen
- Bijdragen aan milieutechnische rapporteringen en vergunningsopvolging
- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe partners
- Eventuele bereidheid om op termijn de rol van interne milieucoördinator op te nemen

Jouw profiel
- Bachelor of master in een technische of milieukundige richting (industrieel ingenieur, bio-ingenieur, milieutechnologie, ...)
- Grote interesse in circulaire economie, landbouw en duurzame productie
- Analytisch ingesteld, gestructureerd en praktisch gericht
- Je communiceert vlot met collega’s van werkvloer tot management
- Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste — motivatie en leergierigheid zijn doorslaggevend
