Voor onze klant in Roeselare zoeken we een gedreven Health & Safety Expert die het preventiebeleid verder uitbouwt en bewaakt.
Jouw rol
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventiebeleid en -plan.
- Uitbouwen van een intern en extern H&S-netwerk (arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst, inspectie, management, medewerkers…).
- Regelmatige werkvloerbezoeken, risicoanalyses, audits en opvolging van wettelijke vereisten.
- Analyse van (bijna-)ongevallen en uitwerken van preventieve verbeteracties.
- Voorbereiden van VCA-audits en deelname aan het CPBW.
- Organiseren van veiligheidsopleidingen en toolboxen.
- Coördinatie van wettelijke keuringen, medische onderzoeken en documentbeheer.
- Initiëren van H&S-projecten en opvolgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen veiligheid & gezondheid.
