Jouw functie
Als insteller van CNC-gestuurde machines zorg je ervoor dat de machines correct ingesteld staan zodat het productieproces vlot en kwalitatief verloopt.
Jouw taken:
- Je stelt CNC-gestuurde machines in voor het bewerken en vervormen van buizen.
- Je past parameters aan zodat de productie correct en efficiënt verloopt.
- Je voert eerste stukcontroles uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de productie.
- Je grijpt in bij kleine storingen of afwijkingen en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in productie om een vlotte doorstroom van het productieproces te garanderen.

Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een technische opleiding (mechanica, elektromechanica, …) of relevante ervaring
- Je hebt affiniteit met CNC-gestuurde machines of computergestuurde productiemachines
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
- Je bent technisch sterk en probleemoplossend ingesteld
- Je bent bereid te werken in 2-ploegen (5u–13u / 13u–21u)
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt
