- Je leidt, coacht en motiveert een team van technici in de nachtploeg.
- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische problemen tijdens de nacht; zorgt voor een snelle, veilige en gestructureerde afhandeling van storingen, waarbij je het volledige overzicht behoudt en duidelijke beslissingen neemt.
- Je organiseert en volgt preventief en correct onderhoud op om de betrouwbaarheid van onze productielijnen te waarborgen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling om veiligheid, efficiëntie en continue verbetering te bevorderen.

Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring in een industriële, technische omgeving.
- Een bachelordiploma in elektrotechniek/automatisering is een plus, maar praktische kennis en ervaring vinden wij belangrijker.
- Je bent een sterke communicator en haalt energie uit het coachen en ontwikkelen van mensen.
- Je bent daadkrachtig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft initiatief te nemen.
- Je begrijpt hoe machines en automatisering werken.
- Je hebt geen bezwaar tegen nachtdiensten en geniet van de zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid die daarmee gepaard gaan.
