Wij zoeken een teamleider die zijn team motiveert, coördineert en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte werking.
Jouw taken als PLOEGCHEF IN DE NACHT:
- Leidinggeven en coachen van een team van 8 medewerkers (operatoren en heftruckchauffeurs)
- Plannen en coördineren van operationele taken, met focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Opvolgen en bijsturen van werkinstructies en processen
- Efficiënt organiseren om flexibel in te spelen op veranderende omstandigheden
- Werken in vaste nachtploeg: maandag t.e.m. vrijdag van 22u00 tot 06u00
Your Profile
Zo overtuig jij ons als TEAMLEIDER?
- Je hebt een technisch diploma (A2 mechanica/elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving is een must
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendig
- Hands-on ingesteld en leergierig
- In het bezit van een heftruckattest of relevante ervaring
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Woonachtig in regio Roeselare
