- je spreekt vlot Nederlands
- je hebt een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving, affiniteit met de voedingssector is een extra troef
- Je kan door je coördinatie- en communicatietalent mensen op een positieve manier aansturen
- je aarzelt niet om de handen uit de mouwen te steken om jouw team te ondersteunen
- je kan vlot omgaan met computergestuurde machines
- je bent bereid van maandag tot en met vrijdag te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (5-13u en 13-21u) of vaste nacht (21-5u)
