Voor een modern voedingsbedrijf in Roeselare kijken we uit naar een Assistent Ploegleider Inpak in 2 ploegen
Na een grondige interne opleiding sta je samen met de meestergast in voor de vlotte organisatie van de verpakkingsafdeling met een gemotiveerd en goed opgeleid team :
- De taak van (expert) inpakoperator op zich nemen voor het afvullen en de verpakking op sterk geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen.
- Daarnaast de meestergast ondersteunen in het onthalen, opleiden, coachen en assisteren van een team van een 25-tal teamleden.
- Verdere opleiding en kennisoverdracht.
- Samenwerking en het overleg met de logistieke afdeling.
- Eerste technische interventies en overleg met de technische dienst om duurzame oplossingen te vinden.
- De naleving van de veiligheids-, kwaliteit- en milieuvoorschriften.
- Overleg met de meestergast omtrent de productie- en personeels-planning.
- Rapportering aan de meestergast.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Technische opleiding of gelijkaardig door ervaring
- Een 1ste ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, maar zeker in een productieomgeving is aangewezen
- Technische feeling, een gezonde doe-mentaliteit en coördinatietalent
- Communicatief, resultaat- maar ook teamgericht
- Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (ma-vr) in een productieomgeving

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
