Jouw taken als MEEWERKEND PLOEGCHEF:
- helpen ledigen van de tunnels (machinaal)
- het reinigen van grote tunnels met een hogedrukreiniger
- helpen vullen van de tunnels met de machine
- meedenken met het toevoegen van de juiste hoeveelheden broed
- op hoogte reinigen van transportbanden (geen hoogtevrees!)
Extra taken als HULPCHEF:
- je ondersteunt de ploegchef bij het leidinggeven
- je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over 3 à 4 collega’s
- bij afwezigheid van de ploegchef neem jij de leiding over
- je bent een meewerkend hulpploegchef: je stuurt aan, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen
- er zijn duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de functie en binnen het bedrijf

Wat verwachten wij van jou als (hulp)ploegchef industrieel reiniger?
- je hebt een eerste ervaring als industrieel reiniger of operator
- je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en durft leiding te geven
- je beschikt over een goede fysieke gezondheid en bent niet bang om in een vuile omgeving te werken
- je wenst in 2 ploegen te werken
- je denkt actief mee in het reinigingsproces
- je bent een teamplayer
- je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; een woordje Frans of Engels is een pluspunt
