About the Job
Voor een modern productiebedrijf regio Poperinge zoeken we een productie- en planning coördinator.
Je komt terecht in een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf met internationale activiteiten, waar sterk wordt ingezet op innovatie en efficiëntie. In deze nieuwe rol werk je nauw samen met de plant manager en krijg je de kans om impact te maken op de dagelijkse productieflow. Ideaal voor een analytisch en ambitieus profiel dat wil groeien binnen een productieomgeving.
Jouw taken
- Je bereidt de productieplanning voor, volgt deze op en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je stemt wijzigingen af met teamleaders en logistiek
- Je detecteert knelpunten en denkt mee na over oplossingen
- Je verzamelt productiegegevens en voert nacalculaties uit (verbruik, stilstanden, rendement)
- Je maakt rapporten op en analyseert afwijkingen
- Je ondersteunt administratief en fungeert als rechterhand van de Plant Manager
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
- Je bent sterk met cijfers en kan vlot overweg met Excel en ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus)
- Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel
- Je houdt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
- Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen
- Ervaring in productie of planning is een plus, geen must (schoolverlaters welkom)
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis Frans/Engels is een troef
