Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Je combineert een commerciële, technische en coördinerende rol binnen de organisatie.
Sales
- Je analyseert klanttekeningen en technische dossiers
- Je vertaalt klantvragen naar correcte en onderbouwde offertes
- Je licht prijsvoorstellen toe en denkt mee met de klant
- Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en detecteert optimalisaties
Technisch
- Je maakt zelfstandig offline CNC-laserprogramma’s
- Je staat in voor de volledige technische voorbereiding van projecten
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar productie
- Je volgt lopende opdrachten nauwgezet op in samenwerking met productie
- Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang van projecten
Coaching & teamwerking
- Je ondersteunt en coacht een team van medewerkers
- Je stimuleert samenwerking en bewaakt prioriteiten
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte workflow en duidelijke communicatie
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring met lastechnieken, (buis)laseren of CNC-programmatie is een sterke troef
- Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt het overzicht en denkt strategisch
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt ervaring met coördinatie of aansturing
- Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en MS Office
- Je zoekt een stabiele, langdurige samenwerking
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (extra talen zijn een plus)
