About the Job
Als teamlead productie hout ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle werking van de zagerij. Je stuurt het team aan én werkt zelf actief mee in de productie. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, leiderschap en organisatievermogen verlopen bestellingen correct, veilig en op tijd.
Je rapporteert aan de operations manager en werkt nauw samen met andere teamleads binnen een productieomgeving van ongeveer 120 medewerkers.
Wat ga je doen?
- Dagplanning overlopen en taken verdelen binnen het team
- Team aansturen én indien nodig actief meewerken aan opdeelzaag, kantenlijmer en CNC
- Productieplanning, kwaliteit en deadlines bewaken
- Technische storingen en knelpunten snel oplossen
- Zorgen voor orde, veiligheid en naleving van procedures
- Samenwerken met operations en andere teamleads aan verbeteringen
- Duidelijk communiceren met planning, magazijn en andere afdelingen
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een technische opleiding hout of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in houtproductie of maatmeubilair
- Je hebt kennis van: Opdeelzaag (hout), Kantenlijmer, CNC nesting (3-assig), Verticale CNC / boorstraat
- Je bent technisch sterk én mensgericht
- Je stuurt graag mensen aan en werkt zelf actief mee
- Je denkt klantgericht en neemt ownership over het volledige proces
- Je neemt initiatief, bewaart het overzicht en denkt op lange termijn
- Je communiceert open, respectvol en duidelijk
- Kennis van Proteus en Alphacam is een plus
