We are looking for motivated candidates who are willing to invest in their future. You will start as an Order Picker during an agency period of approximately 6 months. After this period, you will have the opportunity to follow a CE Driver Training Program through the company, provided by an external training partner.

What does your career path look like?

Step 1: Start as an Order Picker

During your first months, you will get to know the company, its products, and its operations from the inside.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking food products using voice picking or scanning systems
• Assembling orders accurately according to instructions
• Checking products for quality and quantity
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Working with an electric pallet truck
• Working in a refrigerated freezer environment (-22°C)

Step 2: CE Driver Training Program

After a successful agency period, you will begin your training to become a professional CE truck driver through an external training partner, fully supported by the company.

Step 3: Start Your Career as a CE Driver

After successfully completing your training, you will transport chilled and frozen food products to customers.

Your responsibilities as a CE Driver:

• Transporting chilled and frozen food products
• Loading and unloading goods using an electric pallet truck
• Completing transport and delivery documents accurately
• Checking cargo, temperature conditions, and vehicle status
• Complying with driving hours regulations, rest periods, and safety procedures
• Providing professional and customer-friendly deliveries
• Keeping your truck clean, tidy, and well-maintained

What do we expect from you?

• You are motivated to successfully complete the training program and become a CE Truck Driver.
• You are willing to work as an Order Picker for approximately 6 months before starting the driver training.
• You have experience operating an electric pallet truck.
• You have a good command of Dutch or English.
• Working in a freezer environment (-22°C) is not a problem for you.
• You follow all safety, quality, and hygiene regulations.
• You are looking for a stable, long-term career and are committed to working as a CE Truck Driver for at least 3 years with the company after completing your training.
