About the Job
USG Professionals is op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider voor sportprojecten:
- Beheren, optimaliseren en realiseren van toegewezen projecten van A tot Z (bijv. zwembaden, sportcentra).
- Samenwerken met de werfleiding en interne afdelingen (zoals servicecenter, inkoop, etc.).
- Onderhouden van contacten met alle betrokken partijen (bouwheer, leveranciers, onderaannemers).
- Opvolgen van het budget en het financiële resultaat.
Your Profile
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Leiding geven, motiveren en communiceren zijn jouw sterkste eigenschappen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een certificaat VCA VOL.
- Proactief en resultaatgericht meewerken is geen probleem voor jou.
