About the Job
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstart, service en technische ondersteuning van onze systemen bij klanten wereldwijd. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines optimaal functioneren en dat klanten er efficiënt mee kunnen werken.
Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met Sales, R&D en Test Engineering.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe systemen correct geïnstalleerd en operationeel worden.
- Je voert installaties en opstarts van systemen uit bij klanten wereldwijd
- Je begeleidt klanten technisch en applicatief zodat ze vlot met onze machines kunnen werken
- Je voert service-interventies uit bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland
- Je biedt telefonische ondersteuning bij technische issues
- Je geeft machine-demonstraties samen met het Sales-team
- Je ontvangt klanten in ons democenter in Nieuwpoort
- Je demonstreert systemen ook bij klanten op locatie
- Tussen interventies door, ondersteunt de test- en R&D-afdeling
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een technisch sterke en klantgerichte professional die graag internationaal werkt.
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in elektronica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting
- Je hebt interesse in netwerk- en databaseconfiguratie (pluspunt)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus
- Je bent bereid regelmatig internationaal te reizen en ter plaatse te overnachten
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office
- Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
- Je bent sociaal, flexibel en stressbestendig
