Ben jij klaar om jouw stempel te drukken op uitdagende bouwprojecten binnen een warm en stabiel familiebedrijf? Voor een groeiende onderneming in de bouwsector zoeken we een Projectleider Ruwbouw & Afwerking die verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen van A tot Z.
Als projectleider krijg je de kans om grootschalige en diverse bouwprojecten (zoals scholen, sportcentra en openbare gebouwen) zelfstandig te beheren in regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
Je bent dé spilfiguur die alles in goede banen leidt: van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Volledig beheer van bouwprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
- Aansturen en coördineren van interne teams en onderaannemers
- Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en stakeholders
- Proactief inspelen op uitdagingen en zoeken naar oplossingen
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in projectleiding binnen de bouwsector
- Je hebt een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
- Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen
