Als Operator Productie werk je in een moderne, semi-automatische procesomgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze suikerstropen en -pasta’s op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier geproduceerd worden.
Wat je doet:
- Laden en lossen van bulkproducten
- Het productieproces opvolgen en instellen
- Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en alles registreren volgens tracking & tracing
- Meedraaien in verschillende processtappen — geen dag is dezelfde
- Na een grondige opleiding zelfstandig werken binnen het team

Wie zoeken we?
We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van fysiek werk, kwaliteit en teamwork. Herken jij jezelf hierin?
- Je hebt een diploma Voeding, Landbouw of Chemie (Bachelor, ASO of TSO)
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en netheid
- Je bent een teamplayer die graag samenwerkt
- Je blijft rustig en efficiënt, ook bij drukte
- Je bent hands-on, ziet werk en pakt het meteen aan
- Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel schrikt je niet af
