- Volledige salarisverwerking van bedienden (en back-up voor arbeiders)
- Beheer van personeelsdossiers: contracten, afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie, verlof
- Correct opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten
- Opvolging van extralegale voordelen (verzekeringen, eco-cheques, …)
- Praktische opvolging van het wagenparkbeheer
- HR-rapporteringen en analyses voor het management
- Policies opstellen, updaten en implementeren
- Aanjagen van procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie
- Digitalisering van HR-processen
- Optimalisatie van payrollflows
- Welzijn, engagement en een sterke employee experience
- Een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte HR-strategie
Your Profile
Jouw profiel als HR & Payroll Officer:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, sociaal recht of een gelijkaardige richting
- Ervaring binnen payroll en HR-administratie
- Sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving
- Discretie, structuur en oog voor detail
- Je communiceert helder, professioneel en empathisch
- Je denkt proactief mee en ziet kansen tot verbetering
- Je durft bestaande processen in vraag te stellen
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig
- Je haalt energie uit zowel structuur brengen als verandering realiseren
- Kennis van Acerta en een sterke beheersing van Excel zijn mooie pluspunten.
