Werken als recruiter: jouw functie in een notendop
- Als uitzendconsulent ben jij de brug tussen klanten en kandidaten.
- Je zoekt actief naar talent, leert bedrijven en sollicitanten écht kennen, en begeleidt hen met zorg doorheen het hele proces: van de eerste kennismaking tot de finale contractondertekening voor hun nieuwe job.
- Dankzij jouw drive, focus en initiatief vinden klanten en kandidaten elkaar snel.
- Een job met verantwoordelijkheid en dagelijkse afwisseling? Daar zeg jij volmondig ‘ja’ op!
