- Je beheert verzekeringspolissen voor particulieren en ondernemingen en volgt dossiers van nabij op.
- Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon, mail en persoonlijk op kantoor.
- Je bekijkt verzekeringssituaties in hun geheel en zoekt samen met de klant naar een oplossing die écht past.
- Je begeleidt klanten bij nieuwe vragen, wijzigingen en schadegevallen en bewaart rust en structuur in je dossiers.

Wie ben jij?
- Diploma verzekeringswezen of gelijkgesteld met ervaring en/of PCP attest bezit.
- Graag met mensen werkt en het belangrijk vindt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen.
- Vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en ook op drukkere momenten het overzicht bewaart.
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
- Ervaring heeft in verzekeringen, of gemotiveerd is om het vak grondig aan te leren. Bijscholing en begeleiding voorzien we.
- Zich goed voelt in een klein team waar samenwerking centraal staat.
