Unique Office Waregem is op zoek naar een Product Development Engineer voor een bedrijf in Oostrozebeke.
Jouw takenpakket als Product Development Engineer:
- Ontwerpen van nieuwe producten op basis van input van klanten en interne afdelingen
- Uitwerken van concept tot volledig 3D-CAD model, inclusief prototypes en 3D-renders
- Analyseren en testen van verschillende materialen en deze vertalen naar huishoudelijke producten.
- Continu aftoetsen van de haalbaarheid van jouw ontwerpen met collega’s in België én het buitenland.
- Technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens commerciële presentaties
- Communiceren met diverse interne teams (R&D, verkoop, marketing)
- Rapporteren aan de R&D Manager
- Technisch-administratieve ondersteuning bieden voor een geselecteerde klantenportefeuille
Your Profile
Wat verwachten wij van jou als Product Development Engineer:
- Master Industrieel Ontwerpen of vergelijkbare opleiding
- Sterke technische én creatieve vaardigheden, aangevuld met commercieel inzicht
- Ervaring met 3D-CAD software (zoals SolidWorks) en 3D-Render software (zoals Keyshot)
- Hands-on mentaliteit: je test ideeën graag zelf uit.
- Zelfstandig, ondernemend en communicatief sterk
- Teamplayer met oog voor gestructureerde communicatie en documentatie
- Innovatief ingesteld en geboeid door nieuwe materialen, technologieën en globale trends
- Goede kennis van het Engels; Frans is een plus
- Ervaring met AI-tools is een bijkomende troef
