Ben jij klantgericht, tweetalig, flexibel en klaar om het aanspreekpunt te worden voor klanten van verzekeringsmaatschappijen en -makelaars tijdens het weekend? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!
Als frontofficemedewerker ben jij de stem van onze klant en bied je ondersteuning aan particulieren en makelaars bij hun vragen rond verzekeringen. Ervaring is niet vereist — motivatie, leergierigheid en een positieve houding wel!
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon of e-mail.
- Je beantwoordt vragen over verzekeringspolissen, bijstand en schadegevallen.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van elk dossier.
- Je neemt initiatief bij dringende situaties (bijvoorbeeld schadeclaims of technische bijstand).
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, makelaars en verzekeraars om de beste service te bieden.

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands - Frans)
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, professioneel en kunt zelfstandig werken.
- Je blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht, ook onder druk.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om 2–3 maanden opleiding te volgen tijdens de week.
- Je werkt graag met mensen én met digitale tools.
- Een achtergrond in verzekeringen is geen vereiste — wij leren je alles wat je moet weten!

Wat mag je verwachten?
- Thuiswerkfunctie tijdens weekends en feestdagen.
- Opleiding van 2–3 maanden met persoonlijke begeleiding (in Ieper). Na de opleiding kan er van thuisuit gewerkt worden.
- Stabiele planning: vaste werkuren (zaterdag & zondag 08:00–20:00).
- Voltijdse tewerkstelling.
