- Als Projectleider krijg je na een inwerkperiode de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten. Je staat in voor de volledige opvolging en coördinatie, waaronder:
- Leiding nemen over projecten van opstart tot oplevering
- Technische voorbereiding en analyse van dossiers
- Onderhandelen en contracteren van onderaannemers
- Opstellen van planningen en organiseren van de opstart
- Dagelijkse opvolging van de werf (in samenwerking met werfleiders)
- Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang
- Leiden en voorbereiden van werfvergaderingen
Your Profile
- Ervaring heeft binnen de bouwsector (bij voorkeur als projectleider of werfleider)
- Sterk is in organisatie, planning en communicatie
- Technisch inzicht combineert met leiderschap
- Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt
