Na een intensieve opleiding door ervaren collega’s neem je stap voor stap de verantwoordelijkheid op voor je eigen projecten.- Je bent de spilfiguur tussen de opdrachtgever, onderaannemers en je collega’s op de werf.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning vlekkeloos verloopt, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
- Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
