- Je leest werfdossiers in en haalt er de essentie uit om onze monteurs efficiënt aan te sturen
- Je zorgt dat werkfiches en werfaanmeldingen inhoudelijk juist zijn en helder communiceert wat er verwacht wordt
- Je coördineert installaties, interventies en herstellingen en legt de planningspuzzel over heel België
- Je houdt het hoofd koel en schakelt vlot bij onverwachtheden, urgente tussenkomsten en nieuwe klantvragen
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze interne projectleiders en de externe contactpersonen op de werf om de planning elke dag rond te krijgen
Your Profile
- Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring in de bouw- of installatiesector
- Je krijgt energie van een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is
- Je bent wendbaar, oplossingsgericht en denkt altijd een stap vooruit
- Je bent daadkrachtig: je durft beslissingen nemen
- Je weet overzicht te bewaren, ook als er veel tegelijk beweegt, en je pakt zaken positief en constructief aan
- Je bent digitaal vaardig (ervaring met Navision/Visual Planning is een plus)
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
