- Voorbereiden, opmeten en opmaken van installatietekeningen in AutoCAD
- Controleren en bijsturen van plannen
- Beheren van templates, versiebeheer en symbolenbibliotheek
- As-built plannen tussentijds aanpassen en actualiseren
- Uitvoeringsdossiers voorbereiden (technische fiches, goedkeuring architect/studiebureau)
Calculatiewerk
- Administratief verwerken van inkomende prijsaanvragen
- Opmetingen en meetstaten opstellen
- Opmaken van vorderingsstaten en eindafrekeningen
- Finaliseren en actualiseren van digitale dossiers en post-interventiedossiers
- Voorstudies en risico-analyses uitvoeren
Your Profile
- Bachelor in een bouwtechnische richting (of gelijkwaardige ervaring)
- Ervaring in een studiebureau, bouw- of installatiebedrijf
- Vlotte kennis van AutoCAD
- Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en analytisch
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen (Navision = pluspunt)
- Vlot in Excel en Word
- Rijbewijs B en bereid om projecten te bezoeken
