Jouw taken
In deze functie ondersteun je het salesteam en zorg je ervoor dat prijsaanvragen en klantvragen correct en efficiënt worden behandeld. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en het commerciële team.
Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Opmaken van prijsaanvragen voor Belgische klanten voor Europees wegtransport
- Telefonisch opvolgen van offertes en klantvragen
- Beantwoorden van vragen rond tarieven en transittijden
- Analyseren van scoringspercentages per klant of product
- Administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van het salesteam
Your Profile
- Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en communiceert vlot
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, vooral Excel
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
- Kennis van transport of expeditie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
- Je werkt graag in team en kan flexibel omgaan met verschillende taken
