Wat ga je doen?
In deze gevarieerde tijdelijke functie ondersteun je zowel de administratieve als logistieke werking van het bedrijf.
Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
Boekhoudkundige ondersteuning (ongeveer 30%)
- Inboeken van aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen en bankafschriften in Navision
- Ondersteunen van de administratieve flow binnen de boekhouding
Administratieve ondersteuning
- Aanvullen en beheren van gegevens in Excel
- Correct verwerken en opvolgen van administratieve documenten
Logistieke ondersteuning
- Klaarmaken van bestellingen die vóór 9u30 vertrekken
- Vullen en sluiten van dozen
- Correct aanvullen van afzender- en bestemmingsgegevens

Wie ben jij?
Voor deze tijdelijke functie zoeken we iemand die zich snel kan inwerken en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een regime van minimum 3/5
- Je kan starten om 7u30
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Engels
- Je hebt een basiskennis boekhouden of bent leergierig en pikt nieuwe zaken snel op
- Je werkt vlot met Outlook en Excel
- Ervaring met Navision is een mooie troef
- Je bent administratief sterk, gestructureerd en hands-on ingesteld
