Wij zijn op zoek naar een tweetalige medewerker (NL / FR) klantenadministratie die het verschil maakt voor onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Van het correct verwerken van bestelorders tot vlotte communicatie met collega’s en klanten. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail, servicegerichte houding en vlotte aanpak kunnen zorginstellingen, ziekenhuizen en vakantieparken rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening.
Als administratief expert zorg je ervoor dat elke stap in het klantproces vlot en correct verloopt.
- Je voert bestelorders en klantgegevens correct in onze systemen in
- Je denkt mee over hoe we onze interne processen kunnen verbeteren
- Je staat klanten te woord (per mail en telefoon) en zorgt voor een snelle, duidelijke afhandeling
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de klantendienst, productie en andere afdelingen. Door teamwork en onderlinge ondersteuning tillen jullie samen de klantervaring naar een hoger niveau!
Your Profile
Jouw profiel:
- Een bachelor in een administratieve richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je bent perfect tweetalig: vloeiend Nederlands én Frans.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Duidelijke en professionele communicatie, ook als het druk is.
- Je bent gestructureerd, klantgericht en een echte teamspeler.
- Je woont in de omgeving van Heule en bent voltijds beschikbaar.
